Shipping policy

Shipping Schedule (Update: 01-03-22)

We do our very best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Due to the PACT Act, we cannot legally ship vape products using USPS. In anticipation of the PACT Act, FedEx, UPS and DHL have all banned the shipping of vape products globally by policy, even though they are legally permitted to do so.  This is their choice, and they will not accept shipments from us. Due to these shipping restrictions, the shipping times may be longer than anticipated because we follow all regulations and guidelines. We are able to deliver to a limited area using smaller, regional courier services. These smaller companies are not as sophisticated, and their routing and delivery takes longer than a delivery for a typical online purchase. When the carrier for your area is ready for a shipment of orders, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link. Typical delivery to your door is between 4 and 21 days from the date you place your order with us. This may vary slightly during extremely busy times such as promotional and holiday sales events. In these cases, larger orders will be processed first.

Shipping Restrictions

Some states and cities have their own vaping regulations. We adhere to all Federal, State and Local vaping regulations. For this reason, you should know the regulations that govern vape shipments to your shipping address prior to placing an order. We do our best to have systems in place to prevent orders from being placed that violate any Federal, State or Local regulation. In the event an order is placed which violates any of these regulations, we will cancel the order, provide a refund and prevent it from Shipping, even if you received an order confirmation. Additionally, PACT act regulations dictate a 10lb limit on shipments, therefore, any order weighing more than 10 pounds, the equivalent of forty 30ml bottles, will be split into multiple shipments, and the shipping rate will be reflective of this.

Free Shipping

Due to the nature of the savings already provided by becoming a Halo Vape Club member, there is no free shipping available. Expedited Shipping is not an option provided by any of the carriers we use, so we cannot offer that option to our customers at this time.

USA Domestic Shipping Methods

DUE TO USA GOVERNMENT PACT ACT DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL VAPE PRODUCTS, ALL PACKAGE DELIVERIES TO USA NON-BUSINESS RECIPIENTS REQUIRE A 21 YEAR OR OLDER ADULT SIGNATURE. BECAUSE OF THIS CHANGE, THERE WILL BE NO SHIPMENTS MADE TO PO, APO OR FPO BOXES. SHIPPING COMPANY FEES FOR THIS SERVICE WILL BE INCLUDED WITHIN ANY APPLICABLE SHIPPING CHARGES. A 21 YEAR OR OLDER ADULT MUST BE PRESENT AT PACKAGE DELIVERY AND PROVIDE AGE VERIFICATION WHICH MUST BE A GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID WITH PHOTO AND SIGN FOR YOUR PACKAGE IN ORDER FOR IT TO DELIVER, IN THE EVENT PACKAGES CANNOT BE DELIVERED DUE TO A FAILURE BY THE CUSTOMER TO MEET THE ABOVE-MENTIONED DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS YOUR ORDER MAY BE REFUNDED AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $5 RECOVERY FEE PLUS A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. 

Standard Shipping

The Standard shipping method to the 48 contiguous United States will be based on the delivery zip-code. Each Regional Carrier services specific zip codes, and we are limited to shipping to only these specific zip codes. You should allow more time to receive your packages, as we will first be shipping to a Regional Carrier in your area to be sorted and then delivered to your address. At this time, we do not have a shipping method available for AK or HI. Please get with your local vape or tobacco shop and have them reach out to us at 833-483-2529. Halo can deliver business to business.

Import Taxes & Duty

Please note that your international order may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, customs charges, DDP, VAT and the like once the package reaches your country. These fees, duties, or taxes are not included in your billed shipping cost. All these import fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Import fees, duties and taxes levied by the host country are beyond our control and scope. We urge our customers to check with their local authorities to see what kind of import fees, duties, or taxes are levied by the country they reside in. Shipping charges will not be refunded for any shipment refused by international customers for import fees, duties, or tax liability. If packages need to be reshipped, additional shipping costs will also apply. Products refused by customers for import fees, duties, or tax liability and returned to our facility will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping will not be refunded

Import Regulations

It is the customer's responsibility to know the laws in his or her country/jurisdiction prior to purchasing products. Any fees resulting from the blockage of products into a country are the sole responsibility of the customer. No products will knowingly be shipped or transferred to a person in any jurisdiction where it is unlawful to receive or possess such products. Shipping charges will not be refunded for any shipments refused by the destination country’s customs for failure to comply with local laws. Products refused by customs or customers for failure to meet local laws will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping will not be refunded.
